Memoo Shipping Policy

 As per Our Shipping companies:

We deliver our Products to all Countries and UAE. Shipping will be done by a third-party courier as per your country/the address given to us by you.


Delivery of your order will only happen once we receive your shipment from Korea and have confirmed with you via the means of communication to do so.

We accept orders at the beginning of every month till the 20th of said month, if you order between 1st-19th duration you will get your order as estimated on the 29th-31st of the month, it takes time to purchase, shipping the items to us and fulfilling them so they can be shipped to you. We aren't at fault for any delay caused by the shipping company.

 

The Delivery within UAE cities shall be done within 1 – 3 working days and from 4 to 14 working Days to Other Countries as stated by our shipping companies, we however are not responsible for any complications that occur during the shipping of your order from us to you as third party shipping companies handle this matter. UAE Delivery Fees are free and Delivery+Shipping Fees outside UAE will be mentioned on the checkout page depending on the country and location. Avoid any delivery delay by providing your full address along with your contact details.

 

If you confirmed your order with a specific Shipping company, but the rates of said chosen company changes and becomes higher, we will choose the other lower rated shipping company to send you the order, this will be done without your notice as all of our shipping companies deliver the products in the same time interval for every country. This is done to ensure you don't pay more than what you have confirmed you will pay/Have paid.

 

RETURN POLICY: 

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT HAVE RETURNS NOR WILL WE INITIATE RETURNS.

You agree that once the product is bought you are no longer eligible for a refund, and that once the product is sent to your country or is received by us in UAE, You cannot initiate a return.

You agree that you will allow our team from MEMOO, to review your return case, and that the decision reached by the team from MEMOO is final.

ONCE YOU BUY THE PRODUCT YOU WILL RECEIEVE EXACTLY WHAT IS ORDERED/WRITTEN IN YOUR CART UNLESS STATED OR CHANGED BY YOU IF WHEN WE CONTACT YOU.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons. Therefore, please be encouraged to frequently visit these sections to be updated about the changes.
